Can I visit your store?

You can call or message us with any enquiries but we're a web only store. Not one based in someone's bedroom but if you want to test ride bikes or have someone fit your hub guard there are plenty of local bike shops to suit your needs.

Why hasn't my order arrived?

Except in exceptional circumstances all items listed are in stock and ready to ship. We usually ship all orders received before midday the same day as receipt, however, our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and do not collect on weekends. It's possible an item ordered on Thursday afternoon would not arrive until Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. Please have patience and/or track your order using the shipping info supplied.

Can I call to check stock before placing my order?

Yes you can, however, we don't list anything we don't have in stock unless it's a genuine oversight.

How much will it cost to ship my order overseas?

To work out the shipping costs for your order to your country please add the items to your basket/cart and select your Shipping country in the "Shipping Country" field. Your postage will then be calculated.
